The Jio Vichaar Innovation Bootcamp is a two-day non-residential program, which provides a unique opportunity for budding teen entrepreneurs to start putting their big ideas into action.
Through this two-day seminar on innovation and entrepreneurship, high school students will learn how to solve problems by identifying opportunities, brain-storming ideas and creating ventures that address the challenges their communities face. Students will learn timeless business principles by participating in lectures led by Dennis M. Hanno, president of Wheaton College in Massachusetts—the leading institution in the United States for linking social entrepreneurship to the liberal arts.
Learn from experts
Students will hear memorable keynote talks from celebrity figures and leading entrepreneurs in India, such as Karan Johar and Sandeep Tandon. They will receive coaching and mentoring in small break-out sessions led by skilled facilitators from Wheaton College. The seminar will conclude with students vying for prizes in a pitch competition.
The program is designed to complement the 2019 Jio Vichaar Entrepreneurship Challenge (JVEC), which will open on August 28, 2019, and will culminate with the JVEC Summit in June 2020.
